Imagine running a large family business as a third-generation family member. Perri Petricca, the CEO of Petricca Industries of Pittsfield, is the grandson of company founder Basilio “Patsy” Petricca, who founded the company in 1936, and succeeded his father, the late Basil A. “Rick” Petricca in the company’s leadership role. He is also president of Unistress Corp., the company’s most well-known and profitable subsidiary. Unistress, which supplies prestressed concrete for building projects, was founded by his father 52 years ago.
