Our vast, high-capacity, PCI-certified production facility is completely indoors. The size of several football fields, it produces cast concrete components in a highly controlled state-of-the-art environment, day after day. We can handle six or seven different jobs at a time, and multiple concrete colors simultaneously.

Because we operate our own central mix concrete operation right on our site, we have complete control of the material as it goes into the form. Delivering the concrete to the casting beds by truck, rather than overhead cranes, increases productivity, efficiency, and quality.

The plant is PCI-certified, and consistently scores in the highest range in the industry. Our projects have won numerous awards, including, PCI’s prestigious “Best Precast Concrete Parking Structure”.

Our new Unistress Steelworks facility gives us complete control, from steel mill to finished product. We fabricate 99% of our steel components, from structural connection plate embeds to rebar cages, with high tolerance computer-controlled plasma cutters and robotic welders. The new facility also shortens our production timeline and guarantees the highest-quality fit and finish.
